U.S. Stocks & ETFs

Biya Capital charges $0 commission on all trades of U.S.-listed common stocks and exchange-traded funds. There are no per-share fees, platform surcharges, or hidden markups on these transactions.

U.S. Equity Options

Options trades are subject to a per-contract fee. The applicable rate is displayed at order entry and in the account fee schedule. Biya Capital's options pricing is designed to be competitive with major U.S. online brokerages.

Hong Kong Equities

Trades on HKEX-listed securities may incur the following charges:

• Brokerage commission — competitive rate, disclosed in account settings
• Hong Kong stamp duty — 0.1% of transaction value (government-imposed)
• Exchange & clearing levies — as established by HKEX and the SFC

Regulatory Pass-Through Fees

Certain U.S. securities transactions are subject to minor regulatory assessments that are passed through at cost with no markup:

• SEC Section 31 fee — a small fee on sales of U.S. exchange-listed securities
• FINRA TAF — Trading Activity Fee assessed on covered sell transactions

Other Fees

Biya Capital does not charge account maintenance fees, inactivity fees, or platform access fees. All applicable charges are transparently disclosed prior to order confirmation.
