U.S. Market Sessions (Eastern Time)

• Pre-market — 4:00 AM – 9:30 AM ET
• Regular session — 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET
• After-hours — 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET

Biya Capital supports trading during all three sessions. Pre-market and after-hours sessions allow investors to respond to earnings releases, economic reports, and overnight developments before or after the regular session. Liquidity may be thinner and spreads wider during extended hours.

Hong Kong Market Sessions (HKT)

• Morning session — 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM HKT
• Afternoon session — 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM HKT

Settlement Cycles

• U.S. stocks & ETFs — T+1 (one business day after the trade date)
• U.S. options — T+1
• Hong Kong stocks — T+2 (two business days after the trade date)

During the settlement window, sold proceeds may be used to fund new trades but may not be available for withdrawal until settlement is complete.

Market Holidays

U.S. markets (NYSE/NASDAQ) and the Hong Kong Exchange (HKEX) each observe their own holiday calendars. On recognized holidays, markets are either fully closed or operate on abbreviated schedules. Upcoming holiday dates are published in the Biya Capital app.
